Gym Fundamentals Program

The gym Fundamentals program has been designed for people living with disabilities, to Gain and maintain strength, mobility, capacity, and overall wellbeing.

This program is for all ages and all abilities to learn the fundamentals of a gym environment.

Footy Program

The Footy program is for participants who want to prepare for the footy session or just are lovers of the game.

The program is based in our facility and at some local footy fields
