I chose strength training for my elective because I want to be a weapon like Nat. I found training awesome because it was good fun and it pushed me. My coach is the ultimate weapon.
I respect Moose because he helped me get a squat PB and not get crushed. My favourite moment training this term was hitting a 110kg squat. I felt proud because it was a big PB. I gained a lot from this program, particularly safety, technique and confidence to do a program outside the gym.
