PROGRAM STRUCTURE

 

WEEK 1: Introduction, goal setting, pre-medical screening, gym induction, movement analysis.

WEEK 2-4: Technique work on squat, bench press, deadlift.

WEEK 5-6: Conditioning with cardio and boxing.

WEEK 6-11: Combined technique and conditioning.

WEEK 12: Showcase skills, graduation, and certificates.
